The nation’s average price of gasoline has risen for the fourth straight week, climbing 6.4 cents from a week ago to $3.51 per gallon today according to GasBuddy® data compiled from more than 12 million individual price reports covering over 150,000 gas stations across the country. The national average is up 27.0 cents from a month ago and 8.7 cents per gallon higher than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has risen 2.0 cents in the last week and stands at $4.02 per gallon—21 cents lower than one year ago.
